The underlying Zope 2.5.1 engine was patched to support Unicode. This was necessary so that the DiGIR provider could produce valid XML and support Asian languages. This may have side effects on pages that had Latin-1 öäåø etc. If in doubt, edit those pages or enter a header to go back to Latin-1.
