Lepidoptera Online Reporting from Kungsmarken
Location is Sweden, Skåne, Lund, Kungsmarken nature reserve, at the
coordinates N55.72435, E013.28363.

Unlike most nature reserves, collecting
insects in Kungsmarken does not require a special permit.
The listings currently only cover so called macros. However, all
the micros from 2000 are at a specialist and hopefully I'll be able to
post a list of them here in a not too distant future :-)

One light trap only was used. That is at location S1 (0), which is the same as earlier.

Only two light traps at locations S1 (0) and S807 (50),
were used, which are the same locations as earlier.

Light traps were operated at locations S1 (0) and S807 (50),
which were the same as earlier.
In addition, one trap (D1) was installed
on 29 April in the valley north of the lake Glomsjön
and another one (D2) on its shoreline on 3 June.
Some material is still in the freezer :-(

Season of 2000
I worked with three light traps at locations S1 (0) and S807 (50), which
were the same as 1999, and a different one 300 meters further at the edge
of the horse pasture "hästhagen" (HH). Daytime observations
were made as earlier. No special report has been written yet.

Season of 1999
Full report was made for Länstyrelsen.
It includes description of methods; trap locations were S0, S1, S807 and STLK
and some bait traps. A total of 380 species were observed.
Overall
A total of 471 Macrolepidopteran species have been recorded from Kungsmarken
to date.
